Wherever you’re at in your movement, health and fitness journey, Julie will meet you exactly where you’re at.

Together you’ll agree on a personalised plan that will get you to where you want to be in the most efficient, interesting and fun way possible. Julie has been training in the natural movement world for the past 14 years and has a wealth of ideas and influences including parkour, animal flow, movnat and conventional strength training.

 

Her own movement journey and re-discovery of movement combined with spending years researching and observing some of the best movement athletes in the world, come together to give you a creative, challenging, interesting and supportive training environment.

 

Your in person training will also include Movement Snacks homework using the See&Do fitness app so work can be done online and remotely to allow for flexible schedules.
