It works because it’s a unique combination of movement, mindset, creativity & lifestyle management tools based on my personal journey of falling back in love with movement and my abilities, alongside the results gained from my one to one clients over the past 5 years.
It’s different from everything else you’ve tried because it’s actually designed for women who know how to push through yet have struggled to maintain their fitness and balance during the competing demands of midlife, not women in their 20s and 30s who don't share the same challenges you do. Unlike other programmes that focus on just the physical side of movement and ask you to spend a hours in the gym, I get to the heart of your individual mental blocks with time efficient, fun movements and challenges that will leave you feeling a positive connection to your mind, body and environment, while restoring your mobility, strength and leaving you feeling confident in your abilities again.
Author
Julie Angel is a multi passionate Movement, Breathwork and Parkour coach, Artist, award winning filmmaker and published Author. After completing the world's first parkour themed Ph.D. she continued to move and learn from some of the best teachers and coaches with different approaches to movement. An eternal optimist, she now focuses on helping midlife women break free from the negative cycle of extreme workouts, diets, anxiety and injuries to developing a positive ageing approach to sustainable strength and balance in life.
She created the M.A.P.S. system - Movement Snacks, Age Positive & Adventures, Parkour & Play and Strong Resting, to help people connect to and create a strong body and strong mind. Finding and creating your own fun, sustainable movement culture should be a fun practice that feels good.
