Beginner level, an Introduction to 

ANIMAL FLOW

45 minute Beginners Introductory Animal Flow class. This workshop introduces several moves from the Animal Flow system that you can enjoy training individually or put together into a flow. Enjoy!   

Movements that bring you in greater contact with the ground are beneficial in increasing your nervous system’s receptivity to new movement patterns.

Hi, I'm Julie

Julie Angel is a multi-passionate certified Animal Flow coach, advanced breathwork instructor (Oxygen Advantage), movement and parkour coach, artist, award winning filmmaker and published author. After completing the world's first parkour themed Ph.D. she continued to move and learn from some of the best teachers and coaches with different approaches to how we move through the world. She created the M.A.P.S system that uses Movement Snacks, Age Positive mindset, Parkour & Play and Strong Resting to help people connect to and create a strong body and strong mind. Finding and creating your own fun, sustainable movement culture should be a fun practice that feels good.
