Empowering midlife women to age boldly with strength, creativity, and balance.Julie Angel is a multi-passionate Movement, Breathwork, and Parkour coach, award-winning filmmaker, artist, and published author.
With a Ph.D. in Parkour, Julie has learned from some of the world’s best coaches and continues to explore new ways to move and grow. Her mission is to help midlife women break free from the cycle of extreme workouts, restrictive diets, and anxiety, instead embracing a sustainable, positive approach to aging.
Through her unique M.A.P.S. system—Movement Snacks, Age Positive & Adventures, Parkour & Play, and Strong Resting—Julie guides women toward creating their own fun and fulfilling small but mighty movement practices. Her holistic approach fosters both physical and mental strength, helping women develop balance, resilience, and joy at every stage of life.
