I've trained hundreds of women over the past 7 years who have found new ways to move, thrive, get stronger, laugh more and love their body and what they can do. Tammy now "loves her body!", Nerina got rid of the knee brace, Jane ditched nightly pain killers and Georgina is thinking more clearly and creatively!
