Julie Angel is an independent filmmaker, specialising in documentaries, sports, action promos and art films
Many of Julie’s film projects involve working with community groups, and have a strong social sense of awareness, bringing together arts and sports to new audiences, whilst breaking down barriers and challenging existing stereotypes. Projects such as Jump Westminster have proved to have a lasting impact on the communities featured as well as being the springboard for change internationally towards how people perceive parkour and those who practise it.
