1. Brain Games
A fun warm up for your mind and body as you start to awaken your senses and co-ordinate your limbs. Harmonise the left and right hand sides of your brain with the left and right hand sides of the body to make sure everything’s firing together! Who said movement wasn’t fun…:). If you are having brain fog and feeling tired, this is the perfect type of movement snack to get you moving and thinking with more focus and intention.
2. Warm Up Wake Up
When you warm up, you wake up. This is a great series of drills from the Z-Health system that will wake up your body by increasing circulation and body awareness. If you feel too tired and not in the mood to move, go through this sequence and then see how you feel. Movement begets movement, no matter how small your movements start off. #SeeandDo
3. Joint Mobility
A series of joint mobility drills from your head down to your toes that help release some of the aches and pains of everyday life. You can go through the whole sequence or jump to any section in the individual videos below. Move, enjoy and then move some more!
